Bought Elex Massage chair almost 4 years ago. The chair works great and has been helpful in controlling my blood pressure. Matt from Elex chair has been excellent and very helpful in any occasional service and maintenance requirements if needed. He goes out of the way and has helped me out even on Boxing Day last year in fixing an issue with the chair as next day he was leaving on a family holiday for few weeks. He recognised my need and went out of the way and fixed the chair on a public holiday. Can’t Thank him enough. Overall it’s been a pleasure buying the Elex massage chair and using it everyday which helps me staying healthy…

We had that massage chair for 8 years now. Until 2 years ago, the service was fine. When something broke, we were able to get replacement parts from the Elex company. What likes to break on these chairs are the airbag connections. They are plastic and get brittle and just break off. We paid 7000aud for our chair. 2 years ago the underarm massage air bags broke, we were able to get the replacement from Elex. Now the other side broke too and i am waiting now since 5 months just to get a call back about the parts. I regularly call them and Matt who is the one taking care of the parts is not available. Even the staff told us they cannot get hold of him. Not much service for an expensive item. Now the massage chair sits here since 5 months, half taken apart, waiting for parts or maybe not (maybe they don't have any?) Who knows. Not good enough. Cannot recomnend this company.Another issue is that the PU leather starts to flake, even we always wipe it down with a damp cloth after use to remove any body oils )UPDATE: they send me the spare part after 8 months of no communication. Thanks

I purchased my Elex massage chair around 2.5 years ago and absolutely love it . Last Sunday the touch screen stopped working so I lodged a warranty claim via their web page web site. Within half an hour I had a call from Matt who talked me through a troubleshooting guide . Still didn’t work so he posted me our a replacement screen and it is back working with 6 days !! Amazing service and the best massage chair in the market .

Wow, the new Rehab Pro is something else. It is hard to believe how it functions and how it can exactly target areas without any force on bones. It has stretching capabilities with Yoga and Tai Stretch routines, it is just insane.In store masseuses are hit and miss. This system controls and targets exactly where it’s needed or just simply a time out and relax pamper. The chair has various sitting or lying positions and also rotates with a push of a button.A very big thank you to the ELEX team, Nicole and Kieran were professional and extremely helpful to work with and their team delivered to our remote town, far north west in Victoria. A great experience with a simply extraordinary welcome working gadget “with benefits” to our home.Thank you ELEX team, we are sincerely grateful and over the moon with our Rehab Pro.

The chair its self is great now that I fixed the error the installer had made, we had issues with the chair beeping and not working correctly occasionally which became more regular, when trying to get ahold of the company to fix the problem they got me to send through a video and then I heard nothing else from them. I recently moved property and moved the chair myself but got someone that the company recommended to dismantle the chair at the new place to fit through the door. When he put it back together it would constantly beep and wouldn't track forward or recline, he told me to get ahold of the company as it is still under warranty.Which I did and after 2 weeks of calling them and promised call backs not coming.I was essentially told because I moved it myself that it must have been damaged then. After I explained to them that the beeping has been happening since I purchased the chair I was then told they would follow up again, which never happened so I took the back of the chair off and turns out when it was first installed one of the wires were not installed correctly and since I fixed the issue I have had multiple massages with not one beep. So in closing the chair is great, but the customer service after purchasing a $12000 chair was absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend buying from this company

This is our second massage chair from Elex.A fantastic quality product that massages your aches away. We had 2 good years of constant use with the first chair and upgraded because we believe in the product, and we are sure to get the same use again, but with more features. Sales, Delivery and Installation by the dedicated team (even driving 3 hours to install @7pm) was very much appreciated. Thank you for ensuring the same level of service as our first purchase 👍

EDIT: POOR AFTER SALES SERVICEAfter initial purchase , after sales service was horrendous , booked in and technician never showed so wasted a annual leave day , he called a few times during the day saying he was running late then said couldnt get parts and cancelled at 4:30Followed up with calling Keiran and he said he would get it sorted and thought parts had come in but once again ghostedThe initial service booking was a nightmare to begin with with changes to dates due to technician being interstateTook me many years to finally find a chair that did all that we were looking for , from the initial sales call which was informative, never pushy to driving an hour to test , then pulling the trigger to spend , not then and there but with time to consider a big purchase, i made the call ,Lets do this , not one regret !So many functions that are all fully adjustable, on a super clear tablet ,two completely separate Massaging sections on a split track is unlike any other chair we tried , this thing has serious strength , we use on the lowest to moderate settings mostly , blue tooth music is crystal clear , if a zen zone is a real thing , we found it , our spare bedroom is now a focal point with the Zenith the centre pieceThe delivery was super quick ,We use this chair almost every day , 3 months now , and seriously look forward getting back into it , learning and experimenting how to calm the senses and ease the Niggling pains and stresses of the usual day to day ,Thanks Paul at DFO South Wharf Melbourne for your guidance and professional attention with the product use and Keiran for the sales approach that allowed me to make an informed decision in my own timeI don’t bother often reviewing products, but felt that this was such a positive experience for us , i needed to share

My wife and I were on Home Show Brisbane for our family business that we visited Elex Massage Chair.Matt was there and offered us a welcome massage with two kind of professional and modern chairs with AI, that was so amazing.Also, Matt knew everything about the massage chair that related to body anatomy because he was so knowledgeable, friendly, and leader. We chat for more than 1 hour on show and finally we bought Healer Pro+ with special delivery because it happened just one day after show and I knew how is it difficult but his brilliant team do unbelievable service.After one week using this dream chair, we are so happier to have it as a high-quality product with exceptional massage models.I highly recommend the Elex Massage Chair company for who is care about their health.

*update* Even though they said in a reply to this that they would do their best to resolve the issues, I heard nothing from them or the salesman who said he would get back to me. Msgd him today and he called me saying he got some answers 2 days ago but never contacted me, also said he has no idea how returns work. Wants to send someone out Monday to have a look at the chair which is day 14. So if I dont have a resolution ot he doesn’t show up again, Im returning it. They aren’t even their chairs just a reseller that has slapped their name on them. ** Really disapointed in the bodybliss honestly. Reveiws were great and when I tested the chair in a shopping centre in Perth was surprised at how good it was. Went to the Melbourne office to try it again and the salesman didn’t show up at all. A salesman from Sydney Keiran called me and gave me a demo over the phone.I have a bad back so decided to finally make the purchase but its just gone further downhill from there. Delivery driver showed up without the tools he needed, luckily I had them. He then wanted to take the tool with him. He left all the boxes, extra screws etc all over the place and told me I had to sort it out. We had been told they would take all rubbish. Keiran spoke to his boss and the driver. The driver said he wouldnt come back without getting paid again and they refused to pay, I wouldn’t have known this had I not called him to talk about the chair, and I had to pay to dump it all.The chair itself seems faulty and when I ask about it I got told he would find out from his boss and again, I havent heard back. There seems to be no such thing as a relaxation massage in this chair as even one that’s labled “Rejuvenating nap” with all the padding on is super rough even on the gentle setting. Air bags absolutely crush your feet even on level 1, and today now nothing can connect to the bluetooth.Luckily Im only 5 days in to my 14 days I have to return the chair.

Had a lovely experience today with finding the perfect chair for our needs and home! The sales rep was a true delight and helped us in every way to find the right fit. Genuinely cared about what we needed and didn't try to unnecessarily upsell. Tried many chairs in different retailers and these were by far the most comfortable. Couldn't fault the experience and very keen for the next day delivery and to have the device in our home. In every way an absolute pleasure and would recommend if in the market for a massage chair.

The chair itself is great.However it’s been having an issue for the last 6 weeks. Tried numerous times to get in touch, sent emails and no response. Finally got an email back over 2 weeks ago to say someone would call me the next business day and still nothing. Very disappointed as the chair is unused at the moment as we don’t know if it’s causing more damage.They’re happy to take your money but don’t want to know about it when there’s an issue.

I recently purchased a massage chair from the Perth Carousel location, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The seller was incredibly thorough in explaining all the features and allowed me to try the chair before purchasing. I was impressed with the level of service throughout the entire process.Today, I received the delivery, and the delivery men were exceptionally friendly and careful when moving the chair into my home. They also made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Given my high level of satisfaction with the service, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

I had done a lot of research before deciding on the Elex "BodyBliss" massage chair. I spoke to Vinny, and after arranging finance and paying a deposit, my chair was quickly on the way. It arrived the following week and I was very excited to start using it.Unfortunately the usual delivery driver hadn't been available, and the new driver left without setting the chair up properly. The after-sales service provided by Vinny was very reassuring, and he advised that they would have someone come and complete the installation ASAP. Vinny messaged me every step of the way to ensure I knew what was happening.The following week my chair was ready to go, and I have to say that in the last 10 days since, I have had massages every day! The ROVO technology is amazing, and this was one of the reasons I chose this particular chair, due to ongoing leg pain.I have fallen asleep in my chair most every night, especially with the zero gravity function, and am sleeping so much better with the ability to have my legs massaged before I go to bed.I would highly recommend this chair, and the after sales service I received was excellent.

Elex Massage Chairs- Zenith 6D Massage Chair.I went to a few different places that deal in massage chairs and found Elex to have the quality and price I was looking for. Shameka at Indooroopilly was very helpful and spent probably 2 hours with me while I tried each of the chairs they had on show. At the end of it the Zenith 6D was the clear frontrunner for me.. great features, appearance and build quality. This chair was better than anything else I had looked at and it looks amazing in my living room.I keep getting into it thinking I'll just have a quick 30 min massage but end up climbing out of it a couple hours later.In full the process of trying the chairs, buying the chair and having it delivered by Nick and his team was just so easy and trouble free.. oh and quick.. basically got the chair the next business day after the funds cleared.I highly recommend this business.

2nd Revision 4/5 (Apr 2024) I was eventually able to get a technician to come have a look at my chair by calling the company directly. They gave me the local technicians number to make an appointment. He was able to fix the squeaking with lubricant and said the company recommends a service every two years. A couple of weeks later, a representative of the company called me and were apologetic about my experience and said they would strive to improve in the future when it comes to servicing and customer support. I hope they will follow through on this as their chairs are very good.Revised Review 2/5 (Feb 2024): Although the product itself is good, their after sales support is quite lacklustre which has dampened my opinion of the company. A few months after purchase the machine was showing a maintenance issue alert. Although I contacted the company more than once, I never received any responses. The machine stopped showing those alerts after a little while so I didnt pursue it any farther.More recently the machine was starting to squeak loudly on use so I contacted them again for a technician to come and have a look at it and although they scheduled someone to come out (their emails were also in broken English), no one ever came at the designated time. I emailed them but have received no reply.Original Review 5/5 (2022): The display stand is found at Carousel near one of the Myer entrances, infront of T2 and Athletes foot. The salesman who helped me, Matt was nice and very helpful, answering lots of my questions when I was trying out the chairs on display and gave me good tips on handling the chair and its use. I bought the massage chair as a surprise anniversary gift for my parents. They have been really enjoying it. Both have even fallen asleep in the chair during their massages. The chairs are high quality, warranty is 5 years which is longer than most other brands and it is a local WA business which means support staff are local, warranty is handled locally and you are supporting WA businesses

I’m very happy with my chair. Nima recently came to service the chair and went above and beyond to accommodate. The only thing I would say is that there is no proper user manual, only an installation manual. I don’t think I’m using the chair to its full advantage as I don’t know enough about the different settings and would really like a manual to refer to. The delivery was very prompt.

I just purchased a demo Zenith 6D model from Shainu at Elex at Carosel in Cannington WA, He was faultless ! i went for a casual look at chairs and he took time and ran me thru all the models and tried them as well with no pressure or expectations and listened to what i was wanting and Explained everything. I ended up getting a Exel Zenith which he done a great discount but it got me in strife with the wife ! Oh well... But the process was real quick and hassel free. The 5 year warranty free delivery and home install was a big factor. The bloke that did install went above and beyond customer service i was expecting and was quick followed by a run thru on it all with also a great knowledge on the product and not just a sales pitch.I did also look and tried some other brands first and their customer service, Warranty or products weren't nowhere near what i got offered from Shainu.All i have to do now is get my family out of it so i can enjoy this awersome chair myself.To my surprise i got a call to say my demo chair was now going to be a fresh out of the box one 😎😎..I operate heavy machinery so the body gets battered around each day and this chair so far is unreal very very happy.I also sent an enquiry online about the chair before recieving it and that was answered real quick from Matt explaining my enquiry.Highly recommend going to see Shainu and the team at Exel.

My husband and I were tired from a long beachside walk at Broadbeach when we sought refuge at the Pacific Fair shopping centre. Seeing a welcoming massage chair I quickly plonked myself in it and asked my husband for a coin to operate the chair. Not that this chair looked or felt at all like the coin operated chairs it was more like a well fitted comfortable luxury bed which relieves the body of its ailments/aches/pains. When Nicole approached me she was very kind and professional. She patiently when through a few of the massages but it was when she turned on the foot massage that I refused to leave the chair and purchased it on the spot. Nicole managed to have the chair (a brand new one of course) delivered at a time that suited me during those very busy days just prior to Christmas. It was quite a good experience. I was quite surprised to see so many massage options. I especially liked that this machine does a 1 minute scan after which it sets a plan according to your body dimensions and you can customize as well for your need.This machine takes you at 180° angle and gives you the right massage. Elex Team member Faaiz is really a very nice guy and he has explained the different modes and how to operate it. I am definitely gonna have it in future...Thanks team...nice work

The massage chair is fantastic and I'm addicted. I am still playing with it as it has 24 programs. The price was fantastic as we got top of the range for half price. The sales people were excellent, they explained everything, were not over pushy, got back to me straight away and answered queries on their day off. The delivery was literally the next day. Word of warning, go for gentle setting, you can turn off foot when on manual and start with less time and build up. My only criticism is that the instructions are not good, but we have solved that I think by just playing and testing! We love our massage machine and fight over who is going on it first! I might go on it now:)

It was amazing. Never had a full experience in one of these chairs before. Didn't know it could do so much! Stretch you right out and hit the main spots!I would highly recommend!
