Bought Elex Massage chair almost 4 years ago. The chair works great and has been helpful in controlling my blood pressure. Matt from Elex chair has been excellent and very helpful in any occasional service and maintenance requirements if needed. He goes out of the way and has helped me out even on Boxing Day last year in fixing an issue with the chair as next day he was leaving on a family holiday for few weeks. He recognised my need and went out of the way and fixed the chair on a public holiday. Can’t Thank him enough. We had that massage chair for 8 years now. Until 2 years ago, the service was fine. When something broke, we were able to get replacement parts from the Elex company. What likes to break on these chairs are the airbag connections. They are plastic and get brittle and just break off. We paid 7000aud for our chair. 2 years ago the underarm massage air bags broke, we were able to get the replacement from Elex. Now the other side broke too and i am waiting now since 5 months just to get a call back about the parts. I regularly call them and Matt who is the one taking care of the parts is not available. Even the staff told us they cannot get hold of him. Not much service for an expensive item. Now the massage chair sits here since 5 months, half taken apart, waiting for parts or maybe not (maybe they don't have any?) Who knows. Not good enough. Cannot recomnend this company.Another issue is that the PU leather starts to flake, even we always wipe it down with a damp cloth after use to remove any body oils )UPDATE: they send me the spare part after 8 months of no communication. Thanks

I purchased my Elex massage chair around 2.5 years ago and absolutely love it . Last Sunday the touch screen stopped working so I lodged a warranty claim via their web page web site. Within half an hour I had a call from Matt who talked me through a troubleshooting guide . Still didn’t work so he posted me our a replacement screen and it is back working with 6 days !! Amazing service and the best massage chair in the market .

Wow, the new Rehab Pro is something else. It is hard to believe how it functions and how it can exactly target areas without any force on bones. It has stretching capabilities with Yoga and Tai Stretch routines, it is just insane.In store masseuses are hit and miss. This system controls and targets exactly where it’s needed or just simply a time out and relax pamper. The chair has various sitting or lying positions and also rotates with a push of a button.A very big thank you to the ELEX team, Nicole and Kieran were professional and extremely helpful to work with and their team delivered to our remote town, far north west in Victoria. A great experience with a simply extraordinary welcome working gadget “with benefits” to our home.Thank you ELEX team, we are sincerely grateful and over the moon with our Rehab Pro.

EDIT: POOR AFTER SALES SERVICEAfter initial purchase , after sales service was horrendous , booked in and technician never showed so wasted a annual leave day , he called a few times during the day saying he was running late then said couldnt get parts and cancelled at 4:30Followed up with calling Keiran and he said he would get it sorted and thought parts had come in but once again ghostedThe initial service booking was a nightmare to begin with with changes to dates due to technician being interstateTook me many years to finally find a chair that did all that we were looking for , from the initial sales call which was informative, never pushy to driving an hour to test , then pulling the trigger to spend , not then and there but with time to consider a big purchase, i made the call ,Lets do this , not one regret !So many functions that are all fully adjustable, on a super clear tablet ,two completely separate Massaging sections on a split track is unlike any other chair we tried , this thing has serious strength , we use on the lowest to moderate settings mostly , blue tooth music is crystal clear , if a zen zone is a real thing , we found it , our spare bedroom is now a focal point with the Zenith the centre pieceThe delivery was super quick ,We use this chair almost every day , 3 months now , and seriously look forward getting back into it , learning and experimenting how to calm the senses and ease the Niggling pains and stresses of the usual day to day ,Thanks Paul at DFO South Wharf Melbourne for your guidance and professional attention with the product use and Keiran for the sales approach that allowed me to make an informed decision in my own timeI don’t bother often reviewing products, but felt that this was such a positive experience for us , i needed to share

I had done a lot of research before deciding on the Elex "BodyBliss" massage chair. I spoke to Vinny, and after arranging finance and paying a deposit, my chair was quickly on the way. It arrived the following week and I was very excited to start using it.Unfortunately the usual delivery driver hadn't been available, and the new driver left without setting the chair up properly. The after-sales service provided by Vinny was very reassuring, and he advised that they would have someone come and complete the installation ASAP. Vinny messaged me every step of the way to ensure I knew what was happening.The following week my chair was ready to go, and I have to say that in the last 10 days since, I have had massages every day! The ROVO technology is amazing, and this was one of the reasons I chose this particular chair, due to ongoing leg pain.I have fallen asleep in my chair most every night, especially with the zero gravity function, and am sleeping so much better with the ability to have my legs massaged before I go to bed.I would highly recommend this chair, and the after sales service I received was excellent.

Elex Massage Chairs- Zenith 6D Massage Chair.I went to a few different places that deal in massage chairs and found Elex to have the quality and price I was looking for. Shameka at Indooroopilly was very helpful and spent probably 2 hours with me while I tried each of the chairs they had on show. At the end of it the Zenith 6D was the clear frontrunner for me.. great features, appearance and build quality. This chair was better than anything else I had looked at and it looks amazing in my living room.I keep getting into it thinking I'll just have a quick 30 min massage but end up climbing out of it a couple hours later.In full the process of trying the chairs, buying the chair and having it delivered by Nick and his team was just so easy and trouble free.. oh and quick.. basically got the chair the next business day after the funds cleared.I highly recommend this business.

2nd Revision 4/5 (Apr 2024) I was eventually able to get a technician to come have a look at my chair by calling the company directly. They gave me the local technicians number to make an appointment. He was able to fix the squeaking with lubricant and said the company recommends a service every two years. A couple of weeks later, a representative of the company called me and were apologetic about my experience and said they would strive to improve in the future when it comes to servicing and customer support. I hope they will follow through on this as their chairs are very good.Revised Review 2/5 (Feb 2024): Although the product itself is good, their after sales support is quite lacklustre which has dampened my opinion of the company. A few months after purchase the machine was showing a maintenance issue alert. Although I contacted the company more than once, I never received any responses. The machine stopped showing those alerts after a little while so I didnt pursue it any farther.More recently the machine was starting to squeak loudly on use so I contacted them again for a technician to come and have a look at it and although they scheduled someone to come out (their emails were also in broken English), no one ever came at the designated time. I emailed them but have received no reply.Original Review 5/5 (2022): The display stand is found at Carousel near one of the Myer entrances, infront of T2 and Athletes foot. The salesman who helped me, Matt was nice and very helpful, answering lots of my questions when I was trying out the chairs on display and gave me good tips on handling the chair and its use. I bought the massage chair as a surprise anniversary gift for my parents. They have been really enjoying it. Both have even fallen asleep in the chair during their massages. The chairs are high quality, warranty is 5 years which is longer than most other brands and it is a local WA business which means support staff are local, warranty is handled locally and you are supporting WA businesses

I’m very happy with my chair. Nima recently came to service the chair and went above and beyond to accommodate. The only thing I would say is that there is no proper user manual, only an installation manual. I don’t think I’m using the chair to its full advantage as I don’t know enough about the different settings and would really like a manual to refer to. The delivery was very prompt.

I just purchased a demo Zenith 6D model from Shainu at Elex at Carosel in Cannington WA, He was faultless ! i went for a casual look at chairs and he took time and ran me thru all the models and tried them as well with no pressure or expectations and listened to what i was wanting and Explained everything. I ended up getting a Exel Zenith which he done a great discount but it got me in strife with the wife ! Oh well... But the process was real quick and hassel free. The 5 year warranty free delivery and home install was a big factor. The bloke that did install went above and beyond customer service i was expecting and was quick followed by a run thru on it all with also a great knowledge on the product and not just a sales pitch.I did also look and tried some other brands first and their customer service, Warranty or products weren't nowhere near what i got offered from Shainu.All i have to do now is get my family out of it so i can enjoy this awersome chair myself.To my surprise i got a call to say my demo chair was now going to be a fresh out of the box one 😎😎..I operate heavy machinery so the body gets battered around each day and this chair so far is unreal very very happy.I also sent an enquiry online about the chair before recieving it and that was answered real quick from Matt explaining my enquiry.Highly recommend going to see Shainu and the team at Exel.

My husband and I were tired from a long beachside walk at Broadbeach when we sought refuge at the Pacific Fair shopping centre. Seeing a welcoming massage chair I quickly plonked myself in it and asked my husband for a coin to operate the chair. Not that this chair looked or felt at all like the coin operated chairs it was more like a well fitted comfortable luxury bed which relieves the body of its ailments/aches/pains. When Nicole approached me she was very kind and professional. She patiently when through a few of the massages but it was when she turned on the foot massage that I refused to leave the chair and purchased it on the spot. Nicole managed to have the chair (a brand new one of course) delivered at a time that suited me during those very busy days just prior to Christmas. It was quite a good experience. I was quite surprised to see so many massage options. I especially liked that this machine does a 1 minute scan after which it sets a plan according to your body dimensions and you can customize as well for your need.This machine takes you at 180° angle and gives you the right massage. The massage chair is fantastic and I'm addicted. I am still playing with it as it has 24 programs. The price was fantastic as we got top of the range for half price. The sales people were excellent, they explained everything, were not over pushy, got back to me straight away and answered queries on their day off. The delivery was literally the next day. Word of warning, go for gentle setting, you can turn off foot when on manual and start with less time and build up. My only criticism is that the instructions are not good, but we have solved that I think by just playing and testing! We love our massage machine and fight over who is going on it first! I might go on it now:)

We are quite happy with the chair itself but probably not the whole process. The 5 stars is for the chair only & delivery man, he is professional & friendly.About the purchase though, there wasn’t any communication regarding delivery. Also, the chair arrived 1 week later than what the salesman has told us & we have to call the company for update of our delivery, twice.Overall, we are very happy with the chair. Best massage chair ever.

Excellent service from the Elex Massage Chair team. My wife ad I had been looking around at different chairs, and the customer service here, compared to the previous other vendor we had visited was excellent. Talked my wife thru all the chair features putting her mind at ease with all the questions she had. Chair has just arrived, 9 days after ordering, and I am sure it is going to get a good workout.

I recently bought the Healer Pro 4D and highly recommended it! It’s amazing as it has a range of smart features giving an extra relaxing full body massage. The sales agent from Chermside showroom, Chris was super helpful and friendly. He even updated me with the delivery as I live in the regional area. It was delivered fast! The chairs were amazing but it didn’t quite get the proportions of mine and my partners body’s right. When it said it was massaging my middle back it was doing my lower back, it was the same for my partner.But overall great experience

Wow! The massage chairs are probably the best I have sat on. I enjoyed the friendly interaction of Chris. He took time to explain things but even gave me enough space to enjoy my experience.To top it off he helped come up with a financial plan on how to buy it interested free!I am sold.
